In 2003, Taroni Foundry got the Quality Certification UNI EN ISO 9001, which is the internationally recognized standard for the management of the quality of both products and services all along the production line. This certification was issued by DNV – Det Norske Veritas – which is unanimously recognized as the most selective and strictest authority awarding such a certificate. Hence, this is a further warranty of professionalism and efficiency that Taroni Foundry offers to its customers.
Taroni Foundry achieves three goals through the implementation and the quality management system records:
- To increase the productive efficiency and reduce the risk of missing the commitment to customers;
- To carry out the evaluation of the management system through third part verifications;
- To create a sound starting point for a continuous improvement of both internal processes and outsourcing.
