The strong specialization for automotive, medical device, instrument transformer, and robotics has led the company to be able to cast OIL PAN with dimensions ranging from 1000mm (3.3 feet) to 1500 mm (5 feet) on all dimensions (x,y,z) reaching a maximum of 200 Kg (440 lbs) of aluminum casting.

Gusssimulierung und die schnelle Prototypanfertigung sind 2 der wesentlichen Leistungen die zum Erfolg des Projektes beitragen und bedeutende Vorteile bieten, wie die Einsparung von Zeiten und Kosten; die Reduzierung der Fertigungsdauer der Musterstücke (1 Woche und nicht die üblichen 3 Wochen) und die Lösung der Probleme bevor man die Serie in Produktion nimmt.

Ausgehend von den 3D Projekten des Kunden wird eine Sandform mit eventuellem Kern (kastenloser Formblock) angefertigt, in die man die gewünschte Aluminiumlegierung füllt.
ZEITEN: Diese Technik sichert Fertigungszeiten von 7 bis 14 Tage, abhängig von der Komplexität des Projektes
MATERIAL: Dieselbe Aluminiumlegierung wird bei dem Serienguss verwendet
BEARBEITUNGEN und BEHANDLUNGEN: An den Prototypen können auch mechanische Bearbeitungen ausgeführt werden, wie auch Dichtungstests und Vorserienbearbeitung, um die Qualität des Projektes zu prüfen.
