DesignSpecifications, product use, costs, quality, quantity are analysed with the customer. We also carry out an approximate analysis of the costs of the tools needed. As regards the initial design phase, our company can put into practice a wide range of ideas thanks to both our specialized technical staff and up-to-date 3D design programs. The implementation of the final product 3D design and of the mold is entrusted to our technicians, who are constantly in touch with both the customer and the maker of the mold. In this way, they can combine everyone’s need and correct possible set-backs that can emerge during the 3D design development. The software used are Cimatron and AutoCad.

FinishingIn the finishing department, procedures such as cutting, grinding, and burring, in order to eliminate possible burrs in excess. In addition to that, a superficial sandblasting treatment is done and some pieces are leak tested in water. |
